Terms of Service

These terms govern purchases from BroadConnect Technologies ("BroadConnect", "we"), 10229 Lower Azusa Road, Temple City, CA 91780, through this website. By placing an order you agree to them.

  1. Business customers. This store sells to businesses and organizations. By ordering, you confirm you are authorized to purchase on behalf of your organization.
  2. Pricing and availability. Prices are in US dollars and are based on current distributor pricing, which can change daily. Prices and availability are confirmed when we accept your order. We may cancel an order affected by a pricing error or unavailability and refund any payment in full.
  3. Quotes. Quoted prices are valid for the period stated on the quote, or 15 days if none is stated, and depend on distributor availability.
  4. Order acceptance. An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation or an order acceptance email. We may decline orders, for example where account approval, export rules or credit limits are not met.
  5. Payment. Card payments are charged at checkout. Purchase-order payments are available to approved accounts on Net 30 terms; late balances may result in suspended terms.
  6. Taxes. Sales tax is charged where required unless a valid exemption certificate is on file.
  7. Shipping, title and risk. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the order. See the Shipping Policy.
  8. Returns. Governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
  9. Warranty. Products carry only the manufacturer's warranty. BroadConnect makes no additional warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
  10. Software. Software and subscriptions are licensed under the publisher's license terms, which you accept on activation.
  11. Services. Installation, configuration and other services are described in a separate quote or statement of work.
  12. Export compliance. Products are for use in the United States. You agree not to export or re-export them in violation of US export control laws.
  13. Limitation of liability. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost data or profits.
  14. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County.
  15. Changes. We may update these terms; the version posted when you order applies to that order.
