Shipping Policy

We ship to business addresses in the United States only. Products ship directly from our authorized US distribution partner.

• Processing: orders are reviewed and placed with our distributor within 1 to 2 business days. Purchase-order orders ship after the account is approved.
• Delivery estimate: we email a delivery estimate and tracking number once the order ships. In-stock items typically arrive within 7 to 10 business days; items on order show "Available to order" and we confirm the date by email.
• Shipping cost: standard ground shipping is included at no charge on orders of $50 or more. Expedited shipping, liftgate delivery, inside delivery and rack installation are quoted on request.
• Large equipment: servers, storage arrays and UPS units may ship by freight. Someone must be available to receive and sign for the delivery.
• Software and licenses are delivered electronically by email.
• Inspect on arrival: note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt and report it within 14 days (see the Refund & Return Policy).

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or outside the United States.
